1. Data controller

[Operator legal name — to be completed], operator of the Planify by Taarefni platform, is the controller of the data described below, in accordance with Algerian law 18-07 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data.

2. Data collected

Clients: name, phone number, e-mail (optional), intervention address (home services only), optional note attached to the booking. Businesses: contact identity, e-mail, phone, listing content, verification documents (optional process). Technical: security and audit logs (timestamps, actions).

3. Purposes

Managing appointments and their lifecycle; sending notifications (confirmations, reminders, cancellations); abuse prevention; activity statistics provided to the business; user support.

4. Recipients

The business you book with receives the information needed for the appointment (name, phone, note, address for a home service). Notifications transit through WhatsApp (Meta) and, for e-mails, through Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) as technical channels. The platform's hosting provider processes data on behalf of the operator. No data is ever sold.

5. Retention

Client or professional account: until deletion is requested. Appointment history, notifications and logs: limited periods defined by the platform and purged on expiry. Verification codes: a few minutes.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data. Send your request through a support ticket in the “Personal data” category from your client or professional space. A reply is provided within 30 days at most.

7. Security

Encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed password storage, role-restricted access, logging of sensitive operations, daily backups.
